It will be led by a highly qualified Romanian citizen, as announced by EP Vice-President Victor Negrescu in an interview with RFI. The opening ceremony will take place with the presence of the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, along with Negrescu, who is responsible for relations with the Republic of Moldova.
